Muchachos makes its way to Omaha!The popular Mexican BBQ fusion food truck and Lincoln restaurant has delighted customers with their flavorful foods ranging from queso nachos and signature hatch mac to burritos, meat plates, and more.Now, Muchachos is weeks into its new Omaha location at 1258 S 13th St. and welcomes you to stop by. “It’s been a transition, learning a new market, a new city, trying to figure out how Omaha eats,” said Muchachos owner and chef Nick Maestas. “It’s been great. The people who have come out have given us amazing feedback.”Behind Muchachos’ captivating cuisine is a fun, artistic, welcoming atmosphere.”We have a lot of really talented people that we’ve worked with,” Maestas said. “We have what we call the party switch in here, which can turn the light on, the disco ball, bring the lights down, make it a real fun vibe in here.”Muchachos is open Tuesday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. For more about what’s on the menu, click here.
